Shipping Coverage & Methods
We ship from our California and New Jersey warehouses to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or White Glove service. Options include standard ground, expedited, curbside, threshold, and in-home delivery (where available).
Costs & Timelines
Shipping is included in the purchase price of all items—no additional shipping fees apply.
- Standard delivery: Estimated 7–10 business days.
- White Glove delivery: May require additional time depending on your location.
Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of shipment. Please note: all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
You may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placement.
After shipment, orders cannot be rerouted or modified. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
White Glove Delivery
Our White Glove service includes in-room placement, assembly, and packaging removal. Please note that existing furniture will not be moved or removed.
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Clear pathways to the delivery location.
- Notify customer service of any special access requirements before your appointment.
White Glove delivery is performed by third-party providers. While care is taken during delivery, we are not responsible for incidental damage to property (such as walls, flooring, or doorways).
Delivery Issues & Returns

Missed appointments: One free redelivery is included. Additional attempts may incur fees.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please report within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. Manufacturer defects remain covered under warranty.

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law. Return shipping costs vary based on item size and carrier. Pre-paid return labels will be provided for eligible cases.

Signature confirmation: Customers may choose delivery with or without signature. If you opt for no signature, risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery at your address.
Delays & Unforeseen Events
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays). In such cases, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue promptly.
