Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and that’s okay. Our goal is to make the return process clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect.

Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to return eligible items.

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable. Any return exceptions required by state law will be honored.

Condition Requirements

To make sure every customer receives furniture in the best possible condition, returned items must meet the following standards:

  • Unused: Items must be free from signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Unassembled: Once furniture is assembled, it cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Protective Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is not available, the item must be securely packed in suitable protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Fees & Shipping

We do our best to keep things fair and transparent.

  • A restocking fee of 30% applies to non-defective returns.
  • Return shipping and original delivery fees (including White Glove service) are non-refundable.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, these fees are waived.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Timing may vary slightly depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something’s not right with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it quickly. Visible shipping damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. Manufacturer defects discovered after delivery are covered under our warranty program (see Warranty page for details). Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
