What’s Eligible for Return
You can return most items if they are:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- In their original packaging
Note:
- Assembled, modified, or damaged items may not qualify for return.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple.
- Email us at support@casewoodstudios.com with your order number.
- Tell us what you’d like to return and why (it helps us improve!).
- We’ll guide you through return shipping or pickup options.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Casewood Studios error or a damaged item.

No problem! If you’d like to swap for a different item, just let us know when you email us — we’ll help you find something that fits even better.
Some Items We Can’t Take Back
The following items are non-returnable:
- Assembled or modified furniture
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
We’ll always note "final sale" on any non-returnable product pages.
