You can return most items if they are:
- Unused
 - Unassembled
 - In their original packaging
 
Note:
- Assembled, modified, or damaged items may not qualify for return.
 
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
Starting a return is simple.
- Email us at contact@casewoodstudios.com with your order number.
 - Tell us what you’d like to return and why (it helps us improve!).
 - We’ll guide you through return shipping or pickup options.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee for all returned items 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Casewood Studios error or a damaged item. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee for all returned items.

No problem! If you’d like to swap for a different item, just let us know when you email us — we’ll help you find something that fits even better. Casewood Studios will not be responsible for any freight charges for the un-defect exchanges.
