You can return most items if they are:

  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • In their original packaging

Note:

  • Assembled, modified, or damaged items may not qualify for return.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

Starting a return is simple.

  1. Email us at contact@casewoodstudios.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us what you’d like to return and why (it helps us improve!).
  3. We’ll guide you through return shipping or pickup options.

Once your return is received and inspected, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee for all returned items 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Casewood Studios error or a damaged item. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee for all returned items.

No problem! If you’d like to swap for a different item, just let us know when you email us — we’ll help you find something that fits even better. Casewood Studios will not be responsible for any freight charges for the un-defect exchanges.
